ABOUT ME
I'm a born and raised Chicagoan who believes passion is the underlying ingredient for success. I value efficiency when I put my mind to daily challenges. Anything I begin I finish successfully despite obstacles that may arise.
I graduated from the University of Minnesota majoring in Strategic Communications with a Business Management Minor. During my time at Minnnesota, I received Dean's List honors and maintained a GPA over 3.5. I spent time outside of classes interning for a local start-up called StuffDOT, Inc. and the school newspaper, The Minnesota Daily.
WHAT I'VE DONE
I listen to client problems and needs then develop strategic plans to help them see results. I have experience with social media marketing, SEO and SEM search, and event marketing. I enjoy creating value for others while taking pride in what I do.
WHAT I DO
Wrote weekly blog content
Account Manager; Oversaw live event activations and micro-site development. Executed SEO and paid plans for a campaign directed towards a strict target market.
Served as a media director for an eco-tourism campaign directed towards bringing people in the twin cities area to enjoy Victoria, Minnesota.
Worked on primary and secondary research for the National Student Advertising Competition 2015 client, Snapple.
Started as a Social Media Intern focusing on Twitter; later promoted to Partnership Marketing Coordinator. Initiated & fostered relationship with other e-commerce stores to create mutually beneficial relationships.
Conducted and monitored focus groups for the 2014-2015 National Student Advertising Competition Client: Pizza Hut.
Worked as a Classified Account Executive for the student-led newspapers serving more than 50,000 students and faculty.
Brought on as social media intern and helped launch the start of the YMEF Encore Card. Moved in the direction of event coordinator and assisted a concert mini series called The Music Makers.
Hired in 2012 to help the Event Coordinator by filing lease agreements and event request forms making sure each client was satisfied with their event.
